Packing
At Orange Camel we offer a full or part packing service. We can pack using your existing boxes or can supply insurance quality cartons from our extensive stock.
Our packers have gained years of experience from regularly handling fragile and antique items during house clearances and working with local salerooms.
We use bubble wrap and clean wrap paper (like newspaper but without print for cleaner hands and cups) for delicate items and it is important not to over wrap certain delicates as this can cause breakages.
All boxes are labelled accordingly to let you know what is inside and for which room it belongs, making unpacking an easier task.
We offer a free collection service of your unwanted packaging equipment after the move. All of our paper and cartons are 100% recylable.
House Clearance
The house clearance service we offer is unique and we pride ourselves on the end product.
All vehicles are licenced by the Environment Agency (reg no. CBDU81691) to move unwanted goods to the recycling centre and we aim to recycle over 40% of waste through our close relationship with a dedicated team of waste specialists.
We have a close working relationship with many local charity shops ensuring non saleable goods that are too good to recycle find a new home.
Every job is cleared and cleaned (if necessary) to a very high standard ready for point of sale. please also note that we carry out regular clearances for some of Huddersfield’s leading Estate Agents and Solicitors for their conveyancing requirements
Storage
We offer third party secure dry storage centrally located to cover all Kirklees districts.
Each unit measures 10 cubic metres and is individually allocated to each customer.
Units are priced from £60.00 per month (one month payment in advance).
Piano Removal
We have been moving upright and grand pianos around the country for over 30 years. We offer competitive quotes and are well known for handling awkward moves that other companies have refused.
All the necessary technical equipment utilised to carry out an efficient move is supplied by the carrier.
